Located in Vineland, NJ, this new church is being constructed after the loss of the previous building to fire. Grace Construction Management Company selected a system designed for strength, safety, and long-term resilience, combining cold-formed steel (CFS) framing with MAXTERRA® MgO Non-Combustible Single Layer Structural Floor Panels.

CFS framing and MAXTERRA® subfloor panels share the qualities builders rely on most: structural strength, fire resistance, and proven durability. Along with these performance benefits, MAXTERRA® panels can also be installed by the same crew framing the building. This reduces the number of trades on site, streamlines coordination, and lowers labor costs. MAXTERRA® panels can be fastened in conditions that stop wet laid gypsum and eliminate the curing delays that slow traditional assemblies. The result is a floor system that keeps the project moving forward.

With MAXTERRA®, crews can frame, fasten, and keep building.
