Regional Sales Manager
– Texas, Carolinas & Virginia, Mid-Atlantic, and Northeast
WHO ARE WE?
NEXGEN Building Products is a rapidly growing building products manufacturer supplying innovative magnesium oxide (MgO) sheathing products to North America’s multifamily, commercial, and industrial construction markets. We offer a proprietary range of certified, proven, and trusted MgO sheathing products with high fire resistance and exceptional durability, setting a new standard for sheathing products used in homes and buildings.
We’re seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen relationships with distributors, architects, developers, contractors, builders, and owners throughout an assigned territory in Texas, Carolinas & Virginia, the Mid-Atlantic, or the Northeast. This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced building products sales professional to lead market development efforts and play a critical role in accelerating adoption of a rapidly growing construction product.
WHO ARE YOU?
In this position, you will be responsible for developing and executing territory sales strategies, identifying and closing project opportunities, managing key channel partner relationships, and increasing product specifications throughout the assigned region. The ideal candidate has 5 to 10 years of outside sales experience in building products with a strong understanding of construction project lifecycles, specification development, distribution channels, and contractor engagement in wood and metal-framed building types.
You understand how projects move from concept and specification through bidding, procurement, and construction - and how to influence decision makers throughout that process. If you are a results-oriented sales professional who thrives on building relationships, creating opportunities, and consistently exceeding sales goals, we’d like to speak with you.
