Intellisteel replaced traditional wood framing with their own offsite precision framing system with MAXTERRA® MgO Non-Combustible Single Layer Structural Floor Panels as the floor decking. Combining CFS framing and MAXTERRA® subfloor panels provides a cost and time-saving solution that will last for years.

In assisted living facilities, heavy wheelchairs can cause damage to flooring systems where wet laid gypsum was used - particularly when not given time to properly cure. MAXTERRA® subfloor panels enable project teams to Skip-The-Gyp® by fasteng durable, fire resistance, sound deadening MgO cement panels directly to the CFS framing. Sound mats and floor coverings further help to deaden sound transmission.
